1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for
all speakers and poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after
submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing
Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the
review fee has been paid.
3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and
accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an Abstract
Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for
the event.

Visa Invitation Letter Processing Fee (Mandatory for International
Participants)
All participants traveling from outside the UAE
are required to pay a Visa Invitation Letter Processing Fee. This fee covers
the preparation and issuance of an official Visa Invitation Letter, which

- Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
- Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
- Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
