Poster Guidelines
15th World Probiotics & Gut Health Conference
We are delighted to welcome you as a Poster at World Probiotics 2025. Please carefully review the step-by-step guide below to ensure a smooth experience.
Abstract Submission:
• Poster presenters must submit an abstract through the official portal:
https://probiotics-guthealth.utilitarianconferences.com/submit-abstract
• Abstracts should be in English, not exceeding 300 words.
• Structure: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• Multiple submissions are permitted.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee.
Review & Acceptance
• A review fee applies after abstract submission.
• After paying the review fee, an official acceptance letter will be issued to the presenting author.
• Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for Poster Presentation or Virtual E-Poster Presentation.
Mandatory Registration:
• After receiving your acceptance letter, you are required to complete the conference registration to confirm your poster presentation.
• Registration must be done by at least one presenting author.

Author Profile Submission (After Registration)
• After completing registration, authors are required to submit the following to the conference team:
o A high-resolution professional photograph (headshot).
o A biography of at least 250 words (covering academic background, research interests, achievements, and affiliations).
This information will be used for inclusion on the conference website, program book, and official social media promotion.
Presentation Guidelines:
• Time Allotted: Each poster presenter will have 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
• Slides (for Digital/E-Posters): Prepare 15–20 PowerPoint slides (PPT/PPTX) to support your poster discussion. A PDF backup is recommended.
• Poster Size (Onsite): Posters should be prepared in portrait format with dimensions of 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
• Content: Posters must clearly display the Title, Authors, Affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Design Recommendations:
• Use clear visuals, graphs, and images to enhance readability.
• Keep text concise and use bullet points for better engagement.
• Ensure all figures and images are high resolution.
• Format: Posters must be printed and brought to the venue by the author.
• E-Poster Option: Virtual participants should submit their posters in PDF format or as 15–20 slides for online display.
• Presentation Requirement: Poster presenters are expected to be available during their assigned session to present their work and answer questions.
• Technical Assistance: Display boards and mounting materials will be provided for on-site presenters. Technical support will be available for virtual poster displays.
