A graduate in Food Science and Technology from Milan University, he combines scientific expertise with strong commercial insight. As Sales Director for EMEA and LATAM, Carlo drives global growth by translating microbiome research into market-ready, evidence-based solutions. His core strengths include pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and building strategic partnerships that advance innovation in gut health and functional ingredients.
Valentina is from Bergamo, Italy, and holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Bergamo University. She began her career in the cosmetic industry with Art Cosmetics Srl, managing Italian and international client projects. She later joined Sacco System as a Customer Service Specialist for APAC, EU, and LATAM regions. Valentina now serves as a Sales Success Expert in the Microbiome Business Unit, supporting customers from initial inquiries to final concept proposals with a strong focus on tailored solutions and client satisfaction.
