Speaker Guidelines
The 16th World Probiotics, Nutrition,
Gut Health Conference & Exhibition We are delighted to welcome you as
a Speaker at World Probiotics 2026. Please carefully review the step-by-step
guide below to ensure a smooth experience.
Abstract Submission
• Speakers must submit an abstract through
the official portal: https://probiotics-guthealth.utilitarianconferences.com/submit-abstract
• Abstracts should be in English, not
exceeding 300 words.
• Structure: Title, Author(s),
Affiliation(s), Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• Multiple submissions are permitted.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by the
scientific committee.
Review & Acceptance
• A review fee applies after abstract
submission.
• After paying the review fee, an official
acceptance letter will be issued to the presenting author.
• Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for
Oral Presentation (onsite or virtual).
Mandatory Registration
• After receiving your acceptance letter,
you are required to complete the conference registration to confirm your
presentation slot.
• Registration must be done by at least one
presenting author.

Author Profile Submission (After
Registration)
After completing registration, authors are
required to submit the following to the conference team:
• A high-resolution professional photograph
(headshot).
• A biography of at least 250 words
(covering academic background, research interests, achievements, and
affiliations).
This information will be used for inclusion
on the conference website, program book, and official social media promotion.
Presentation Guidelines
• Time Allotted: Each speaker will have 25
minutes (20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
• Slides: Prepare your 25-30 slides in
PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format. A PDF backup is recommended.
• Structure: Presentations should clearly
include Title, Authors, Affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, and
Conclusion.
Design Recommendations:
o Use clear visuals, graphs, and images to
enhance readability.
o Keep text concise and use bullet points
for better engagement.
o Ensure all figures and images are high
resolution.
• Onsite Presenters: Bring your
presentation on a USB drive and email a backup copy to the organizers in
advance.
• Virtual Presenters: Submit your slides in
PPT/PDF format at least one week before the conference. Presentations will be
delivered live via the conference platform.
• Technical Assistance: AV equipment and technical support will be available for both onsite and virtual presenters.
Recognition & Benefits for Speakers
• Certificate of Appreciation: All speakers
will receive an official Certificate of Appreciation from the conference
organizing committee.
• Visibility & Recognition: Accepted
talks will be featured on the conference website, program book, and official social
media platforms.
• Networking Opportunities: Engage with international experts, researchers, academicians, and industry leaders to exchange ideas and foster collaborations.
